Description
Tomino is a small Piedmontese cheese, which can be produced with cow, sheep or goat milk, according to the traditions of the territories
The Tomino instead is known to be tasted grilled, wrapped if you prefer with a slice of speck or raw ham. Having a crust that is not too thin, once placed on the grill the external part does not melt, but instead the inside of the cheese melts, which therefore becomes creamy.
