Made exclusively with sheep’s milk, natural rennet, and placed in moulds, it is a very fresh and tender cheese with an intense milky aroma and a sweet flavor.

Pairings: Thanks to its delicate flavor, raviggiolo is excellent seasoned with oil and salt, but can also be enjoyed sweetened with the addition of sugar or honey.
