Prepared from selected cereals, the whole grain is subjected to high pressure steam streams to form the flake. They are prepared without adding other ingredients.
They are ideal in association with yoghurt, dried and dehydrated fruit and honey which integrate the vitamin and protein patrimony.
They are also excellent in vegetable soups or as breading for fish and vegetables to be fried.
