Feta is a semi-hard milk white cheese, one of the most typical products of Greece. It is obtained from fresh pasteurized sheep and goat milk, reared in selected territories for the goodness of the climate.
The recipe of Feta Zorbas D.O.P. it involves a rigorous aging process over two months and uses up to 30% goat’s milk.
It matures in brine and gives a sweeter and more delicate flavor. Preserved under vacuum, it gives great freshness and flavor to embellish unique dishes, appetizers, salads and pasta.
